Being in such places, where nature show itself in the most beautiful yet intimidating way, always gives me this feeling of how little and fragile we are and how transient is our existence or short is our journey in life as compared to a structure like this, that has been standing still for thousands or may be millions of years, day after day, night after night, witnessing the world moving and changing around it, watching the sun moving its daily journey, sunsets after sunrises for countless days, standing the force of the wind and creatures come and go around it yet its still standing still..... perhaps its a little bit depressive way of thinking, but as for myself, I enjoy it and I enjoy nature's intimidation, it always gives me sense of peace
What do you think? Did any of you get such a feeling before?
